Customer Service - Remote (Call Center) ***PAID WEEKLY***
Must reside in Florida, CA, Texas, or Arizona
Looking for Bi-lingual (English) and Mandarin, Spanish and Vietnamese speakers
Mon-Sun Shift: flexible schedule. Work remotely. The schedule will be done every 2 weeks. The hours Mon-Fri will be 2 pm-8:30 pm pst and Saturday 9 am-5:30 pm and Sunday 10-6:30 pm pst.
The pay rate:
- Spanish $14.50
- Vietnamese $16
- Mandarin $16 .
Outbound call center conducting surveys Interviews will be trained to call out and conduct surveys, they can be as short as 4 minutes or if 30 + minutes **The Ideal candidate is upbeat, has 12th grade reading/grammar level, basic keyboard knowledge, the ability to follow instructions. Multiple projects we are working on until the end of February , possibly longer.
Background check: yes, national/7 yr. Drug Test: yes 6 panel
Must have Internet and be connected with an Ethernet cable. Computer/laptop (cannot have a Chromebook/Mac’s, they are not compatible to the software we use). Need to have Windows 10 OS. Comfortable with us downloading phone software/timekeeping software. We would need to be able contact them via e-mail, text and phone. USB Headset.
Training and briefings will be done using Zoom. Typing test required (link will be provided).
