Responsibilities

• Engage with Internet leads and phone/dealership customers

• Greet customers upon arrival and guide through the sales process

• Assist customers in finding the vehicle to fit their needs

• Enhance the customer experience and advance sales process by demonstrating vehicle features

• Assist customers in the completion of their sales application

• Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the vehicle inventory and reporting any issues

• Provide a post sale consumer experience for customer by addressiing any and all inquiries a customer may have

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience a plus

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Generate new business by prospecting, making follow up calls and educating customers on products and incentives

• Must have excellent Computer/Phone/Internet skills

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
