Customer Service Agent Job at Remedy Intelligent Staffing
Great opportunity for Customer Service Representatives in Omaha with a growing company in town! Candidates will need to have longevity working in a call center environment and data entry.
$18/Hour
Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Connect with customers to finalize their insurance selections
- Accurately input application information
- Communicate with brokers and clients to gather missing information
- Properly set expectations for the underwriting process
Ideal candidates for the Customer Service Representative should have:
- A minimum of 2 years if recent call center experience
- Stable work history demonstrating their customer service experience
- The ability to maintain reliable and predictable attendance
- Positive work experience within a call center environment
- The interest in becoming licensed in life and health insurance
