Description:

Account Servicers are dedicated to providing exceptional deposit support to branch teams located within all divisions of CNB Bank. They are responsible for accurately reviewing, researching, and processing requests regarding deposit accounts in order to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. This includes reviewing all deposit accounts, documentation, and following all specific state regulations dependent to where accounts are established, and services are provided.

PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL TEAM SUPPORT

Effectively prioritize internal and external requests in order to quickly provide answers to all inquiries as detailed in the Account Service Level Standards. Develop knowledge in other areas of Account Services to assist with supporting teams throughout the organization to deliver a WOW experience.

FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Perform accurate review and research for all maintenance, transactional and client related activity and requests. Enforce to Bank policy, procedures and regulations set forth at the Federal and State levels. Actively assist with compiling requested documents for all audits.

As knowledge and experience advance, there will be opportunities to promote to Account Servicer II, III and team leader. Annual, job-specific training opportunities are assigned and/or available for timely completion. Some travel may be required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak optimally both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate directly and effectively.

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to use telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use. Prior experience or the ability to learn the core processing system, report system and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve exciting problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.

This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
