- answer customer questions, via phone, email and in person
- understand the products and their technical aspects
- must have attention to detail
- must have proper business etiquette in correspondence
- must be willing to set up and utilize the products in the office and outdoor settings
- ability to inventory product
- ability to ship product
- ability to handle returns
- experience in retailer and web sales a plus
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- photo and video experience required
- may have to lift 50 pounds
