Job Description:
The Customer Experience Support Associate performs diverse administrative tasks in support of Call Center activities. Job functions to include a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and phone related job functions. Duties include but not limited to:
  • Handling mail items
  • Data entry
  • Creation or completion of reporting
  • Title work processing
  • Extension/due date change processing
  • Calling customers and dealers
  • Identifying funds received and paid in full processing
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Assertive, clear and concise oral and written communication skills
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as operate as part of a team
  • Competent PC and keyboard skills
  • Accurate typing skills of 40 wpm
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to stand, bend and squat for lengthy periods of time to file documents
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and overtime as needed
