Job Description:
We’re actively seeking a talented Customer Experience Analyst to join our small but mighty Customer Experience team in Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid onsite.

As a Customer Experience Analyst, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s long-term success by surfacing key customer needs and insights via our voice of customer program and helping product owners effectively measure the customer experience. You will work closely with the Customer Experience Lead on the team.

How you will make an impact:
Responsible for our quarterly Voice of Customer survey execution, trends and insights

Responsible for developing and executing ad-hoc voice of customer research based on business partner demand and need, ultimately surfacing actionable insights

Responsible for maintaining and updating our overall Division customer experience metrics framework

Responsible for working with our product owners to create customer experience specific metrics to assess impact of their initiatives

The experience you will bring :
4 year degree or equivalent experience

At least 2 years of experience as a customer experience or business analyst

Ability to turn data into insights

Ability to present data and insights in an understandable way (storytelling skills)

Passionate about improving customer experiences

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Ability to multi-task and collaborate across various teams

Proactively looks for ways to do things better and more efficiently

Very detailed oriented

Open to learning new skills and technology

What will make you stand out:
Financial Services experience, preferably life insurance or annuities

Experience with B2B2C business models

Experience with insight creation from voice of customer programs

Experience with customer experience measurement

Relocation assistance will be available for candidates willing to relocate to work in the Newport Beach office.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted provides a basis to determine the appropriate offer dependent upon several factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skills, education and pay equity. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$57,600.00 - $72,050.00 - $93,700.00
