Customer Care Clerk Job at Grocery Supply Company
Answer incoming calls, assisting customers and agents. The position requires professional and courteous phone etiquette with the ability to handle stressful communication. Attention to detail is required.
Applicant must be familiar with spreadsheet software, word software, and a good knowledge of general office procedures, such as filing, retrieving and returning messages and working reports.
Schedule will be Monday-Friday (occasionally Saturday), 7am-4pm.
