Summary:
This position contributes to the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility by completing custodial and cleaning duties. Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays when assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Work involves the cleaning and routine maintenance in an assigned building or buildings.
- Must have good quality cleaning practices and completes daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance and custodial tasks.
- Responsible for the use of proper methods, chemicals and equipment in cleaning and otherwise attending to the neatness and sanitation of buildings and equipment.
- Works cooperatively with fellow staff and the general public.
- Completes work orders in a timely manner.
- Performs all tasks necessary to assure a safe environment.
- Provides all set-up/tear-down requirements for the use of all general use areas, to include tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment and sound equipment.
- Previous experience in a custodial or maintenance position preferred.

Vary from 9am to midnight and weekends based on facility event schedule needs.
