Current Product Engineering Manager - Direct Hire

Our Large & Compact Tractor Team is hiring a Current Product Engineering Manager. This role will lead the design, development, validation planning, release, and implementation of changes for Large Tractor related to Quality & Reliability, Cost Reductions, and Factory Engineering Support. In this role you will provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership for a diverse team of engineers, utilizing the scrum/agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Q&R improvement engineering activity from concept through launch utilizing the Scrum/Agile approach
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions to Q&R, cost reduction and product improvements
• Estimate costs, resources, and time required to complete projects.
• Compile, maintain, and drive multiple schedules for current product activities.
• Develop, formulate, and direct engineering processes and procedures.
• Promote and maintain the highest possible environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Manage the development and execution of the current product budget
• Assure staffing requirements are met.
• Accountable for team member growth and development.
• Administer team member performance evaluations, and goal setting

This position pays $139,000 to $213,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Agricultural, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
• 10 plus years of experience working in an engineering capacity supporting product development or product validation
• 5 plus years of experience supervising and coordinating small teams
