The Customer Service Rep position is based in the Corporate head quarters in New Berlin Wisconsin. Position duties include scheduling, dispatching, and all service calls. Other light office duties as assigned.
We are seeking a customer service enthusiast and a logistics dynamo. If you have a great phone persona, experience in scheduling/ dispatching, enjoy a fun work environment and being recognized for hard work... please send us your resume. Prior dispatching field service or fleet experiences a plus. After the initial 2-3 month training and development program is completed, this position may be able to transition into a hybrid role, some office and some remote.
