SUMMARY: Our CSR’s are vital to our company success and are counted on to wow our customers! CSR’s provide customers with energetic, courteous and highly responsive customer service. The objective for a CSR is to retain current customers and develop new business by extending professional and efficient service, suggesting additional services, and promoting products to serve customers’ needs. Some of the customer locations in this territory include Bowling Green, Benton and Henderson.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promotes positive energy, enthusiasm and excitement with customers.
  • Builds effective and influential relationships with customers and potential customers by listening, engaging and educating them about our products.
  • Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Responds effectively to customers displaying dissatisfaction or frustration, determining the reason, offering possible alternatives and requesting assistance from sales staff or superior as needed.
  • Maintains knowledge of and changes to products, operating processes, current promotional features and relative competition in your assigned region.
  • Support and promote marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Resolve customers’ service or billing issues, acts as liaison for accounting and tech support.
  • Prepares reports and correspondence as needed and in accordance to company policy.
  • Participates in company engagements, meetings and training sessions.
  • Drives to customer locations on a regular basis.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One to two years related experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service, communication.
  • Proficient on standard communication software, i.e. Google, Microsoft and internet-based navigation products.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Must demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with enthusiasm.
  • Must have and constantly maintain a valid driver license.
  • Must maintain a driving record which meets company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
