Position: CRV Analyst (Customer Vendor Requisition Analyst )

Location: Renton WA (Remote)

Job Description:

The work consistently involves assignments of moderate to high complexity and managing and driving medium projects to completion, in addition to Analyst 1 competencies, education/experience and knowledge base. The incumbent must participate in project teams, analyze user requirements, act as a source for direction, and respond to support inquiries.

The incumbent performs all duties in a manner that promotes the mission, values, and philosophy. In all aspects, he/she serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

Mentor lower-level professionals in use of tools, techniques, and analysis skills.

Demonstrated ability to apply standards, concepts and theories related to technical discipline and provide solutions to moderately complex problems.

Build and sustain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders.

Maintain and manage vendor relationships on a tactical level.

Ability to manage up to 15-20 vendors at one time.

Provide guidance and mentoring to internal and external customers to maximize their use of Information Services tools and systems, educate clients, and create related documentation, as necessary.

Facilitate and participate in committees with cross-functional teams within Information Services and throughout the health system across all ministries.

Ability to facilitate team meetings.

Utilize systems to track identification, location, maintenance, and associated contracts.

Work with vendors to coordinate quotes, pay invoices, and associated services to ensure compliance within contract terms and conditions while ensuring maximum value from our vendors.

Ensure the proper tracking of expenses to ensure invoices are coded correctly through Accounts Payable and Accounting so costs are captured, tracked, and reported accurately within service level agreements.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
