Crumbl Cookies is coming to Wausau!

We are excited to be bringing the world's greatest cookies to the good people of Wausau and we are looking for high-quality crew members, specifically Shift Leads!

We will be opening some time in late April or May and we are looking to hire excellent crew members. Our stores are owned by a local group and the ownership will be actively involved in the store and the community. This will ensure that the store is always safe, clean, and a great work environment.

Job Duties:

For general Crumbl Crew members the job will entail the following:

-Working on your feet in an incredibly fast-paced, fun environment.

-Handling dough, shaping cookies, baking cookies, and doing general bakery work, including cleaning, handling deliveries, helping with boxes, garbage, etc.

-Being an expert at customer service and treating every customer to the Crumbl Experience

For Shift Leads:

-Helping the GM run the store profitably.

-Helping us hit labor targets

-Managing a crew of bakers, including planning production logs, forecasting dough needs, handling customer service issues, and delivery issues.

-Helping the GM order ingredients and manage inventory

-Helping the GM build the schedule and help all crew members log in and out at the correct times, ensuring breaks are being taken, etc.

-Handling cash, including opening and closing the drawer each day and possibly making cash deposits at the bank if needed.

-Embodying everything that Crumbl is. Friendly, fun, polite, nice, hard-working, etc.

PAY:

Bakers:

18+yr old $12+ tips (tips in our other stores are $2-5 per hour extra)

16-17yr old: $10+ tips

Shift Leads: 18+ only

$14/hr + tips. With opportunity to earn more as you master mixing, ordering, and other essential skills working with the GM.
