POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a CRM Salesforce and ServiceMax Consultant to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting group wide business application solutions from generic standards up to implementation standards, with focus Salesforce and ServiceMax in terms of time zone and language.
PRIMARY DUTIES

• Supports and maintains Salesforce and ServiceMax
• Works with defined Service Level agreements to ensures the defined KPI’s
• Works with the Business to understand their requirements (change requests) and their incidents / questions to give them an excellent support
• Provides interfaces between the Key Users and Global IT to ensure to understand business needs and find solution together with the 3rd Level Support
• Works with individual rollout teams in the Region Americas to understand the application and its implementation and standards to be able to support them based on the global template, rules, and guidelines
• Supports, trains and shares know-how with the Key Users to have a close link to the Business and an efficient Key User community
• Acts as part of the Global Application Support organization (7/24)

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree (IT or business administration) or similar experience
• Expert in the Salesforce and ServiceMax (5-10 years)
• Desired Salesforce and/or ServiceMax certificate
• Desired experience in general Business Applications (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, eCommerce)
• Desired work experience in an International / AMER company
