Essential Responsibilities

Participates in team huddles and shares ideas- Holds self accountable to meet personal and restaurant goals

Create Great Guest Experiences
Creates a fresh, friendly and fast service experience so good that guests cant wait to come back to Krystal
- Exhibits a Yes I Can attitude when to create WOW guest experiences
- Contributes to a great Speed of Service
- Makes sure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
- Greet guests to make them feel welcome
- Assist management team in creating a great place to work
- Knows the menu and shares favorites and suggestions with guests
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Commitment to providing great guest service skills- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Comply with Krystal standards
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
