Credit Union Branch Manager Job at Kennedy VA Employees Federal Credit Union
To promote the credit union and to act on its behalf in its dealing with members, partner organizations, and the general public from diverse social, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
To manage and provide the day-to-day operations of the office and to ensure the membership is always provided with a prompt and reliable standard of service.
Promotion of products and services of the credit union in such a way that the credit union is seen as an effective and efficient organization and continues to be a strong part of the credit union movement.
Ascertaining the demands of members and ensuring the resources of the credit union are adequate and sufficient to meet those demands.
The development, implementation and maintain sufficient policies and procedures to assist the Board of Directors in the decisions of the credit union to meet operational and strategic goals.
To assist and work with the Board in identifying and establishing future sources of funding for the continued growth and development of the credit union.
Ensure the Credit Union is abiding by all current regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
