We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to organize and oversee the operations of several manufacturing plants, construction, and trades accounts.

• You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the region while partnering with the CEO and COO in developing business strategies for APS’s continued success and growth.
• You will be actively involved in leading the business operations of our regional office by setting growth targets, supervising field employees, managers, and in-house support staff. Effective
• Regional Managers are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance and on site when necessary.
• They have a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders.
• Proven success in operations planning and communication are essential for the role.
• The goal is to ensure the accounts will meet and exceed expectations of our business clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with prospective business clients for APS executive meetings
• Set standards and objectives for different facilities and departments
• Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Report to senior executives on progress and issues
• Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
• Be the key problem solver and find solutions for our clients
• Travel is required

Skills:

• Proven experience as regional manager, territory manager, or similar managerial role
• Proven customer facing skills
• Self-Motivated and trustworthy Sound understanding of optimization of facility operations and standards for success
• Knowledge of Construstion is preferred
• Good computer skills
• Proven team building skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Construction experience is preferred

Pay: $48,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
