Brosnan Risk Consultants is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to develop and execute all recruiting strategies for all Staff and Management openings. These roles consist of all Security Field Leadership positions as well as corporate back-office functional roles (Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Information Technology, Marketing). The corporate recruiter will be responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting top-tier professionals. This individual will build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide a slate of quality candidates to fill open positions at the various level throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop specific recruiting strategies to build an ongoing, ready pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company’s hiring needs.
  • Partner with Field Operations across our regions to proactively develop strategies to recruit and meet hiring needs. Attend district meetings with operations management and present strategies and ideas for expanding recruitment efforts.
  • Partner with Functional Leaders to ensure there is a clear understanding of position requirements.
  • Constantly review and strategize with districts on open post reports, upcoming new account needs, and replacement personnel needs. Ensure all hiring needs are captured in iCIMS.
  • Determines effective media campaigns, with guidance from management, such as advertising (print, radio, television), posters, flyers, etc.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using job boards, ICIMS, networking, cold calls, and employee referrals.
  • Reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications and requirements of applicants.
  • Interviews applicants; informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information. Makes hiring decisions following interview evaluations and reference checks.
  • Enter information into iCIMS to thoroughly document the interview process.
  • Attend Networking and job fairs to represent Brosnan in the community positively.
  • Other Human Resources duties as required, such as assisting with onboarding and orientation activities.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is highly desired.
  • 8+ years professional recruiting experience in a corporate organization that is a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR and other regulatory issues that impact recruiting.
  • Experience in networking with, attracting, and sourcing a diverse candidate pool.
  • Understanding recruiting methods, sources, and regulations related to the hiring process.
  • Experience in developing recruiting strategies and executing against defined goals and hiring objectives.
  • Must be able to work independently and be self-directed, but also take direction from management and the ability to re-prioritize work activities regularly.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS a plus!
  • Experience in the Security guard industry a plus!
  • Understanding of laws and regulations that govern hiring practices, including EEO.
  • Ability to maintain composure in dealing with executives, staff, and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be flexible and able to travel periodically/regularly, depending on company needs, with some overnight travel required.
