Description: Lockheed Martin is looking for a Corporate Aircraft Mechanic reporting to the Aircraft Maintenance Manager in Baltimore, MD.

Roles and Responsibilities include:
  • Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, servicing troubleshooting, part replacement, and repairs on Lockheed Martin Corporate Aircraft (including airframes, engines, auxiliary power units, avionics systems, interior equipment, and onboard communications)
  • Fuel and defuel aircraft as required

Basic Qualifications:
  • Hold a current Federal Aviation Administration
Airframe/Power-Plant Certification
  • Must be eligible or possess current MD Commercial
Driving License (CDL Class B)
  • Two years of experience maintaining Corporate
Business Aircraft
  • Experience maintaining Aircraft Avionics Systems
  • Demonstrate ability to operate various types of Ground
Support Equipment to include: Aircraft Tug, Aircraft Fuel
Truck, Hydraulic Mule, Power Carts, and Aerial Man-Lift
  • Familiarity with IS BAO Safety Management System and
willing to follow Environmental, Safety, and Health
policies and procedures
  • Computer Skills required, working knowledge of
Microsoft Applications and Web-Based Maintenance
tracking Software
  • Domestic and International Travel required(Current Passport with ability to maintain)
  • Must be able to work in a "Team Environment", Solid
Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, and provide after hours
support, and work overtime as required

Desired Skills:
  • 2-3 years experience working on Gulfstream G650 and
G280 Aircraft.
  • Flight Safety International trained.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks/duties.
  • Gulfstream Planeview Avionics System Experience.
  • Familiarity with Aircraft Cabin Communications Systems
  • Federal Aviation Administration Inspectors Authorization
  • Currently hold a Commercial Driver’s License
