These are full time work from home-remote positions with a hybrid option based out of our NH or FL office.

Coordinator - Under the direction of the Team Captain, provides oversight to ensure that properties are preserved and maintained according to NFR's and customer's guidelines and with federal, city, county, state ordinances and/or regulations. Requires coordination of information between various departments and customers.

Processor - Under the direction of the Team Captain, acts as the liaison between the customer and the NFR coordinators. The Processor will ensure all client expectations are met and properly documented in the customers system of record. Requires coordination of information between various departments and customers.

The responsibilities include extensive contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in the field, working with cities and towns, performing data entry, and communicating both verbally and in writing. Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, have the ability to problem-solve, find resolutions while working in a high pressure and time sensitive environment.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high-volume workload, ability to evaluate information, identify the root cause of an issue and develop effective solutions while meeting deadlines. Customer service, excellent phone and computer skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask are necessary. Basic understanding of residential construction terminology/methods and previous experience with default servicing is helpful. Previous experience adapting to multiple software applications is beneficial. High School diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience required.
