Critical skills and abilities for Crew Person success:
Cashier

• Model great customer service. Able to perform accurate cash handling.
• Desire to cash out guest being friendly and hospitable.
• Able to prioritize and to multi-task responsibilities to include handling cash, packaging orders for dine in, to go and delivery.
• Willingness to keep area neat, clean, stocked and organized along with handling credit card and cash transactions.
• Desire to continuously improve your cashier skills and knowledge.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Enjoy working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays (immediately hiring for opening and day shift positions).

Cooks

• Able to cook products according to procedure.
• Willingness to cook and assemble products with a high sense of urgency.
• Willingness to cook and assemble products accurately as ordered by guest.
• Able to cook and prepare specific food items to company standards.
• Desire to improve cooking skills and be cross trained to cook at several stations.
• Enjoy working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays (immediately hiring for opening and day shift positions).
