Cook - Bossier City Job at Southern Classic Chicken
Southern Classic Chicken is growing. Known for serving the best fried chicken in Shreveport, we are proud to announce the opening of our newest location in Bossier City, and we are seeking experienced and passionate cooks to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Southern Classic Chicken's signature fried chicken, sides, and desserts according to our recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is cooked to perfection, presented attractively, and served hot and fresh.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the management when supplies need to be restocked.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide excellent customer service and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
