Controller - Senior Living Industry Experience Required
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, creating financial reports, maintaining financial policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also work closely with senior management to provide strategic financial guidance and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management in the senior living industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Experience managing accounting systems and software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
