Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Contract Clerk who is responsible for all aspects of the accounting for cars sold to retail customers. This position should have a strong understanding of automotive accounting principles and a strong familiarity with a car deal in its entirety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Inputs cars sold to retail customers to the accounting module of Dealer Track.
• Cuts checks to employees for referral fees, banks for low payoffs and other misc. items.
• Ensures that all required paperwork for items recorded is in deal jackets, signed by customer, and accurately reflects sale being recorded in accounting.
• Verifies that information on related car deals is accurate and timely.
• Completes reconciliation of assigned schedules.
• Updates various management spreadsheets daily so experience in Excel is preferred.
