Summary:
The Continence Care and Insurance Match Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating and building ongoing relationships with healthcare professionals that service catheter users for the purpose of driving advocacy of Secure Start Services in the facility. This position will cover the Southeast Region and provide supplier match expertise to the entire country. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for driving the supplier matches at a national level for those new enrollments who need a trusted supplier as indicated by their health care professional. The coordinator will be collaborating with Field Sales and the CSA team to support these healthcare professionals through inbound/outbound communication and field travel. Hollister Incorporated is operating in a hybrid-working environment.

Responsibilities:
Secure Start Services Advocacy and Regional Field Sales Collaboration (60% of the time)
  • Process and/or facilitate all Secure Start requests from healthcare professionals in field sales covered regions
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with all Field Sales specialists within their assigned regional territory for Secure Start services Actively support Field Sales by creating and executing a Secure Start strategy to grow Secure Start Enrollments within their assigned regional territory
  • Actively support all processes and protocols related to Secure Start Services
  • Analyze reports related to Secure Start growth and new enrollment opportunities
  • Outbound contact healthcare professionals to educate on benefits of Secure Start Services
  • Be an expert on procedures to protect Personal Health Information (PHI) and help other team members understand these procedures
  • Work with the Manager, Data Reporting and Analytics team to provide information for Field Sales Team and Hollister management reports
  • Maintain ongoing competitive product knowledge
Inbound supplier Match (20% of the time)
  • Help manage all inbound Continence Care nurse/patient calls to toll-free Hollister phone numbers
  • Provide a seamless supplier match experience to those new enrollments who have been identified as needing a supplier.
  • Review their options within the supply match tool and reinforce their patients rights when as they pertain to both product selection and supplier obligations.
  • Adhere to product performance reporting processes
Travel (15% of the time)
  • Travel to key facilities with territory field rep to educate healthcare professionals that care for our focus population on Secure Start services
  • Attend all National Sales Meetings
  • Travel when needed to consumer events to educate consumers on Secure Start Services
Open Territory Support (5% of the time)
  • Create and execute a targeted enrollment growth strategy in assigned "open" territory
  • Via the telephone or other electronic means: Proactively develop relationships with healthcare professionals in assigned open sales territory to increase awareness of Secure Start Services for our focus population
  • Provide virtual and/or in person consumer or clinical in-service training and support on Secure Start Services in assigned open territory
Qualifications:
Academic/Credentials/Certifications:
  • Associate’s degree required
  • Bachelor's degree highly desired
Length of Experience:
  • 2-4 years experience in a phone based position or equivalent customer service work experience

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment independently
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person
  • Goal oriented, self-starter
  • Computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Web-based applications and Windows-based navigation
  • Work related experience in an end-user market
  • Salesforce.com Experience/CRM Experience desirable but not required
  • Customer service experience within the healthcare industry, preferably urology or Continence Care
  • Ability to develop and execute business plans
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally
  • Ability to travel approximately 15% of time
