A skilled content specialist should be expert storytellers and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends.

• Create and publish content on our e-commerce platform website.
• Responsible for customer service-related work and communicate with customers to solve problems.
• Optimize new and existing listings.
• Research topics that are pertinent to the content area and updating data as needed.
• Establishing voice, tone, and style guidelines for all brand content.
• Ensuring that the websites content emphasizes premium content such as text, photos, etc.
• Maintaining, refreshing, and continuously improving the content on the website, including the resources page and client testimonials.
• Writing articles, blog posts, and other content for websites or other publications.
• Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
• Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
• Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
• Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
• Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
• Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
• On time completion of assigned trainings and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
