This position with our landscaping team earns a competitive starting salary of $65,000 per year for the first 3 months. At the beginning of your fourth month, raises will be discussed. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION UNIT MANAGER - MARKETING COORDINATOR

In this position, you work with management and our marketing division to improve our job site operations and to increase interest in our landscaping services. Attentive to detail, you make sure that each site is measured efficiently and accurately. You also make sure that the landscape design agreements, 2D designs, 3D designs, and estimates for each project are completed correctly according to the specifications of the client and local code.

You find and hire a general manager (GM) for each area and help the local GM to find subcontractors. You ensure that each local office is set up and can operate effectively. Additionally, you help develop new marketing campaigns to promote our exceptional landscaping services. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONSTRUCTION UNIT MANAGER - MARKETING COORDINATOR

• Familiarity with the contracting or construction industries
• Experience managing a team
