Staff Recruiter - TRENO

Compensation: $60,000 annually, potential for bonus and future benefits

Triangle Renovations is seeking a Full-time Staff Recruiter *with Construction Recruiting Experience* to join the team. We are looking for a total rockstar that can sell an opportunity, is captivating and enthusiastic, very well organized and communicates effectively. The successful candidate will be outgoing, driven, efficient, and engaging. The Recruiter will be hiring for all roles within our company; Project Managers, Handymen, Quality Control Personnel, Account Managers, etc across many markets (metro Atlanta, Florida, Alabama, North and South Carolina and more as we grow). Role reports to the President and COO.
Responsibilities

• Source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline

• Screen candidates and performing phone screenings

• Own the candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

• Perform reference checks, as needed

• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

• Manage onboarding and new hire process

• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction recruiting experience preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively & efficiently, both orally and in writing

• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships that are built on trust

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems

• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations

• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
