Job Offer Location - North San Diego County (Fallbrook)
SCW Contracting Corp. (General Engineering Contractor) specializing in Public Works Water and Waste Water infrastructure construction is seeking qualified personnel for the position of Construction Project Manager
Job Description:
- Developing and maintaining owner relations.
- Prepare, Attend and document project progress meetings
- Update and maintain all sets of drawings, specifications and logs
- Assist in preparation of CPM project schedules (P6 Primavera)
- Distribute all documents to subcontractors and maintain document logs
- Evaluate field problems and document RFI's
- Prepare and maintain RFI logs
- Review, evaluate, and transmit submittals
- Prepare and maintain submittal logs
- Managing job site supervisory personnel.
- Prepare and document extra work orders
- Compile contract close out documents (O&M Manuals, As-Builts, etc.)
- Document punch list work
Skills and Experience:
- College Degree or Relevant Work Experience
- Basic estimating and scheduling skills
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
- Effective written and verbal English language communication skills
- Ability to use independent judgment; self-starting
- Drafting and computer skills desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
