The Construction Coordinator plays a pivotal role in serving as the check and balance between the time when a sales contract is signed to the delivery of the home. This position handles day-to-day contract administration activities while collaborating with internal team members in accounting, sales, construction, development, and administration. This position is a true utility role.

$60,000 - $65,000 yearly

• Coordinate lot takedown documents and submittal to financial partners
• Maintain various reports that are shared both internally and externally
• Coordinate the closing process between buyers, attorneys, and lenders
• Oversee warranty requests and ensure the Project Managers are notified
• Assist sales and design team with homebuyer contracts and change orders
• Assemble the Homebuyer Manual including warranties, and contractor contact information
• Assist Controller with invoice entry

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required – some college highly preferred
• 3 years of experience in construction services, administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management is crucial
• Understanding of the new home construction industry and processes are beneficial - including permitting and closing coordination
• Basic accounting, bookkeeping, and math skills are desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project or construction management software
• Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills are valuable
