Our Glenn Dale, Maryland office is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Constriction Dispatcher to work in a fast paced environment with a variety of responsibilities.

Position Requirements:

• Stellar organizational & leadership skills
• Previous construction related dispatch experience
• Ability to multitask while remaining detail oriented
• Working knowledge of Maryland, DC & Virginia and surrounding areas are key.
• Superior customer service and communication skills (verbal, written and phone)
• Ability to thrive under pressure while utilizing your authority to make making quick decisions that create good working conditions for our team

Additional Skills:

• The ability to connect with and gain respect of field personnel to obtain direct answers in difficult situations
• Working knowledge computer equipment, email, phones, etc.

Position Duties:

• Use of company dispatch system and related computer applications
• Quarterly Inventory of vehicles, small tools and warehouse items
• Ordering small tools and supplies
• Daily interaction with company field, admin and management staff
• Scheduling and management of field personnel according to pending jobs
• Calling each customer to confirm next day orders and time on site
• GPS tracking as required
• Book hotels and request per diem required for out of town projects
• Tracking of employee licenses and certifications
• Record employee notices and reports of incident
• Assist in answering office phones
• Administrative support as needed
