Constituent Services Caseworker
Office of the Governor
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
***Salary will depend on experience and qualifications. (Salary range $30,000 - $35,000)***

The Governor’s Office is looking for an energetic individual to perform entry level duties related to daily constituent work. Interaction with citizens of West Virginia is extremely important to this office, and there will be a high volume of communication and response between the Governor’s Office, constituents and state agencies. We are looking for someone who will be in constant communication with constituents via phone, mail, email, and face to face meetings. The Governor’s Office Caseworker will perform entry level clerical work such as data entry, writing letters, composing emails, scanning, answering phones, etc. Additional duties will include responding verbally and in written form to various constituent matters, and the ability to perform basic research regarding multiple requests that involve all state agencies. Selected candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills. They must be proficient in Google Workspace. They will also perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Preference may be given to those who have a social work and/or political science background.
