About the Job

As part of our early team, you'll be responsible for delivering clinical care to our patients mostly focused in the Bronx and Manhattan area, which includes in-person appointments at the patient's home and virtual telehealth sessions. This is not traditional home health as you know it but serving patients with outpatient needs in the home, where it is most convenient for the patient.

What you'll do

  • Provide treatment, plan of care, and exercise prescription for patient caseload
  • Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
  • Document all treatments provided in our EMR
  • Support development of clinical content for our apps (e.g. exercise videos, blog posts)
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 40h/wk in a hybrid model including in-home and/or telehealth setting

What you'll need

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with 1+ years of clinical experience
  • Covering patient care mainly in the Bronx/Manhattan area
  • Completed state regulated CEU requirement in New York
  • CPR certification
  • Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and virtual "bedside" manner
  • Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes
  • Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first
  • Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team
  • Bonus: Experience with in-home or telehealth care
