Compliance Agent Job at NRA Group, LLC
· Assist with submitting information to licensing agencies
· Assist to respond to consumer complaints
· Review calls for violation of state, federal and company policy violations
· Consumer correspondence
· Complete department Audits
· Review emails from consumers, client request, internal request (if needed)
· Insure company polices and procedure are being followed
· Assist to help in reviewing all client issues / concern / legal issues
· Review all refund requests for the company
· Continuous Training for all updates of federal or state laws
· General Compliance/Client questions from all departments

- Trade Secrets & IT Security document verification
- Employee Handbook Read & Sign Verification
- Employee Background verification State & Federal

Entry level Para legal or one year/fresh law graduate or 5 years’ experience in the above field
