About the Role:

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role has responsibility for the company's Total Rewards' program including:

  • Prepares and maintains benchmark job descriptions for each position in the organization
  • Maintains the company's salary & bonus structure based on current compensation surveys
  • Maintains and supports the company's employee stock equity plans
  • Has responsibility for the 401k program
  • Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine FLSA classifications
  • Prepares and presents compensation analysis and reports
  • Ensures all pay policies are compliant with state & federal regulations. Advises management on applicable state and federal employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, human resource procedures
  • Researches employee benefits in similar industries; based on findings, recommends changes or updates to existing benefits or policies
  • Works with insurance brokers and investment planners to create competitive, cost-effective benefits packages for the organization; facilitates implementation and enrollment for insurance and retirement plans.
  • Establishes appropriate leveling tools & ensures we have sound promotion criteria and role placement

About You:

  • Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Seven to 10 years of experience as a compensation/benefit analyst required.
