Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Compensation & Benefits Analyst located in our Brentwood, Tennessee corporate office.
The Compensation Analyst plans, designs, evaluates and administers employee compensation programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations,and performance appraisals.

- Support salary administration programs
- Administer annual bonus, equity award programs, and annual merit planning
- Work with internal and external resources to participate in market study analyses of base, bonus, and other compensation measures
- Manage salary structure, job codes, and creation and maintenance of career framework
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
At least 1 year of related experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
