Position info:
The DSP – Job Coach Relief position provides relief shift coverage for evening and weekend shifts. This position includes on-call availability and works at least 10 hours per week to cover position vacancies or employee absences, not to exceed 20 hours per week. Job coaches support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who have job’s in the community. They assist with communication, building work appropriate relationships, and coordinating supports an individual might need around activities of daily living. Job coach’s role model work appropriate behavior and assist with task analysis and accommodations. The position is part-time with varying hours including weekends and evenings and must have on-call availability.

Status: Part Time *Coverage for evening and weekend shifts.*
Location: Salem
Shift: On-call (Relief) *10 Hours per week with a maximum of 20 Hours per week*
Starting wage: $22.66 an hour
Reports to: Employment Manager

Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Current Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass background check screening.

Shangri-La requires that all employees be vaccinated other than exceptions required by law.
