Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct monthly outreach in all services to include community events, member activities, member education, site visits, meetings, and member outreach calls.
  • Market value ads, member renewal of benefits, health education and community resources in field during outreach events, presentations, site visits, member education and meetings.
  • Conduct proper documentation of outreach activities in Salesforce.
  • Build outreach calendar 90-days out to meet monthly production metrics.
  • Ensure continuous development of strong collaborative relationships with local government, Independent School Districts, College / Universities, State agencies and community, faith based, non-profit, and social service agencies.
  • Meet all departmental standards for quality and compliance of outreach activities.
  • Maintain compliance with all training initiatives to include market training, onboarding, compliance, Texas Health Steps, CHW Health Education topics and annual CVS training modules.
  • Provide support to all social media outreach events/activities.
  • Provide support to all ABHTX / CVS Health Outreach Vehicle events/activities.
  • In-city travel 60-75% of time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 19.50
Maximum: 40.10

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent outreach experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ recent and related experience in community outreach within the HMO/health care or insurance industry.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and recent, related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ recent and outreach experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ recent and related experience in community outreach within the HMO/health care or insurance industry.

Education
High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent outreach experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ recent and related experience in community outreach within the HMO/health care or insurance industry.
