Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct monthly outreach in all services to include community events, member activities, member education, site visits, meetings, and member outreach calls.
- Market value ads, member renewal of benefits, health education and community resources in field during outreach events, presentations, site visits, member education and meetings.
- Conduct proper documentation of outreach activities in Salesforce.
- Build outreach calendar 90-days out to meet monthly production metrics.
- Ensure continuous development of strong collaborative relationships with local government, Independent School Districts, College / Universities, State agencies and community, faith based, non-profit, and social service agencies.
- Meet all departmental standards for quality and compliance of outreach activities.
- Maintain compliance with all training initiatives to include market training, onboarding, compliance, Texas Health Steps, CHW Health Education topics and annual CVS training modules.
- Provide support to all social media outreach events/activities.
- Provide support to all ABHTX / CVS Health Outreach Vehicle events/activities.
- In-city travel 60-75% of time.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent outreach experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ recent and related experience in community outreach within the HMO/health care or insurance industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and recent, related experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ recent and outreach experience.
- Minimum of 7 years’ recent and related experience in community outreach within the HMO/health care or insurance industry.
Education
