Altus Receivables Management is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our outsourcing division, managing multiple client relationships and up to 50 employees. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in managing account receivables, credit-to-cash processes, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They should also have experience in managing client relationships and improving team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outsourcing division, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting performance metrics.
• Manage client relationships, including regular communication and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring they meet or exceed performance standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve credit to cash processes and overall accounts receivables management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Manage and mentor team members to achieve their career goals and develop new skills.
• Participate in the hiring process to select and onboard new employees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account receivables management, credit to cash processes, and managing client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, driving performance and achieving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to accounts receivables management.
• Experience with outsourcing operations is a plus.
