Job Overview
Coil Winder needed at our Longview Texas Manufacturing Facility. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
Key Job Responsibilities

Work safe and be an advocate for safety

Able to follow instructions and repeat basic procedures of the winder position

Clean and maintains equipment, tooling and area

Select and load materials such as work pieces and machine parts onto equipment used in the winding process

Attach, alter, and trim materials such as wire, insulation and coils using hand tools

Make accurate connections using solder and brazing process and equipment

Set up and operate all of the equipment and tooling required for the winder position

Qualifications/Requirements

2 years of experience or equivalent knowledge of motor/coil winding duties

Broad knowledge of parts and procedures regarding the motor/coil winding process

Ability to work independently, holding close tolerances, minimizing scrap all within standard routing hours and with an excellent attention to detail

Strong blue-print reading skills

Must successfully pass background check, pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol testing

Must be able to work overtime, and weekends as required
