CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift Job at AllStaff

AllStaff Oak Creek, WI 53154

Create machine parts and tools using precision computer equipment.

Set up, adjust and maintain all equipment used in their daily job activities.

They are also responsible for creating programming instructions for the parts they are manufacturing.

Once the parts or tools have been produced, CNC Machinists inspect the finished products to ensure they meet all specifications.
Machine Operator Responsibilities

· Operates machines to cast products from materials

· Learn to operate auto, vertical, horizontal presses at a variety of low, medium, or high complexity job assignments

· Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

· Inspect products for surface defects and flaws

· Use clamps, bolts, and hand tools

· Notify the Line Lead of any product or process concerns.

Machine Operator Requirements

· Must have experience as a machine operator (Metal)

· High School Diploma or equivalent is required

· Ability to read, comprehend and communicate instructions

· Ability to do basic math

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
