St. John's Health Care P.C. is looking for a compassionate and caring Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of home health providers in the Ludington, Mi area. If you have the necessary skills, experience, and valid licensure (CNA), consider joining our team! Apply today!

We serve clients in Mason, Manistee, Oceana, Muskegon counties, and more.
Requirements
- CNA license in the State of Michigan (preferred – HHA accepted!)
- 1 year of home health care (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as a part of the team
- Ability to consistently connect with clients in a one-on-one environment
- Responsible, compassionate and caring demeanor
