About the Position:
Riverside is a skilled nursing facility that focuses on the rehabilitation and memory care of up to 123 residents. You will have the opportunity to assist and enhance the day to day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere. Our Certified Nursing Assistants will perform personal cares, transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks. As a CNA you will communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.

We recognize that the work of a CNA is not only valuable but also challenging, so we've developed a compensation package that leads the area in hourly wages for part time and full time positions and incentive pay.

Wages are based on experience and qualifications:

  • Part time employees start at $18.00 + per hour.
  • Full time employees start at $20.00 + per hour.
  • Shift differentials include $1.15 per hour for PM shifts and increased NOC Shift Diff of $3.00 per hour.
  • New Weekend Differential in effect now!
  • We pay for high performance! We review your wages after three to six months and conduct annual wage reviews.

Shift Times:

  • AM - 5:00am-1:30am or 6:00am-2:30pm
  • PM - 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • NOC - 10:00pm-6:30am

Enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off. We offer weekend pick up incentives and crisis pay to alleviate staffing shortages when necessary.
What We Need From You:

  • A genuine interest in caring for seniors, with a can-do attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant, active on the Wisconsin CNA Registry, required.
  • 18 years of age, required.
  • No experience required, though it is beneficial! At Riverside, we believe that skills can be learned and people can be trained, as long as the motivation to grow in an organization is there.
  • Background checks are run after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
