POSITION: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

PAY: Rates vary by location, schedule, facility and contract. ($22/hr up to $28/hr for high-paying contract.

SIGN ON BONUS: Earn an extra $250 when you onboard with us this month! (must meet criteria)

REFERAL BONUS: $750 for every employee you refer! (must meet criteria)

CONTRACTS: Guaranteed 40 hours a week and every other weekend.

SCHEDULE for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): We want to hire FULL-TIME staff who want to work 24 hours or more a week. PART-TIME staff are required to work a minimum of 24 hours per week. DO NOT APPLY unless you are ready to work a minimum of 24 hours/week. Shifts vary and we ask you to be flexible with your availability.

Job Description for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists nursing staff in the care of residents/patients through performance of routine direct and indirect resident/patient care activities, according to established policies and procedures. Maintains resident/patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident/patient acceptance of treatment goals and responds promptly to overall resident/patient needs.
