Job Description:
A CMDB Technical expert, expected to suggest the viable CMDB Architect, Expert in Discovery, and work with customer. Define roadmap, suggest improvements, gather requirements, work on the development of task, sync with multiple teams and ensure the delivery with quality and on time
Must Have Skills
- ServiceNow IT Service Management/ ITOM/ITAM, CSDM, BSM, Discovery
- Strong Discovery knowledge within ServiceNow
- Ability to define process and architect the CMDB for Infra and Application services
- Someone well versed with Business Service Mapping – Maintenance and management.
- Exposure to CSDM will be an added advantage.
