This Cloud Contact Center Platform Engineer role with Associated Bank will work with application developers to automate and accelerate the testing, release and deployment of applications into a runtime environment quickly and reliably. We are looking for someone with a background in contact/call centers, development, operations, full-stack implementations and io script installation, configuration and provisioning. This person will:

  • Manage the installation and configuration of solutions of a CCaaS (Call Center as a Service) platform like Genesys, Avaya, and Amazon Connect.
  • Implement contact flow routing using speech recognition, queues, routing profiles/skilling, users, porting of TFN and DIDs.
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes.
  • Completing code and script updates, as well as resolving product implementation errors.

Requirements:

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in mathematics, computer science, MIS, data science, analytics or related program. Required
  • Experience
    • Two or more years of experience with a broad portfolio of cloud contact center platforms like Genesys/Avaya/Amazon Connect, telephony/telecom technologies and IVR call flow solutions. Required
    • Five9 and Verint experience. Preferred
    • Two or more years of experience with Agile and Scrum Methodologies. Preferred
