Clinical Training & Compliance Specialst
Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is seeking a LSW or LPC to manage agency-wide compliance and quality. This position will also provide staff training in a variety of agency subjects: EHR (Carelogic), clinical documentation, diversity, Trauma Informed Care and more as needed.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and deliver training and professional development to employees across the agency.
  • Manage and coordinate agency training calendar.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals for agency-wide processes.
  • Completes ongoing needs assessments in agency programs to determine staff training needs.
  • Assists with delivering New Hire Orientation training regularly to ensure a strong foundation is established.
  • Meets all reporting and recertification requirements for CSWMFTB to maintain approved CEU provider status.
  • Partners with agency leadership to develop and deliver training to comply with CARF and other regulatory or contractual requirements.
  • Develops and implements a plan to deliver training to external participants building a potential revenue stream for Lighthouse.
  • Assists HR with internship planning, management, and outreach to local educational institutions.
  • Assist in the facilitation of the agency quality improvement process, including obtaining data, analyzing data, and implementing strategies.
  • Assist program leadership in developing measurable outcome indicators.
  • Oversee the satisfaction survey process, summarize results, and make recommendations according to the data.
  • Assist with identifying evidence-based and best practice approaches for programs in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, Service Area Vice Presidents, Clinical Director, and Service Area Directors.
  • Manage all licensing and accreditation processes for the organization in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer and Clinical Director.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure in the state of Ohio as an LSW or LPC.
  • Two (2) years client care experience.
  • Experience with data and outcomes.
  • Experience with training content development.
