We are recruiting for a Full-Time Clinical Site Manager to join our skilled team in Marlton, NJ. This position is 40 hours per week and is eligible for our full benefits package!

As a member of our outpatient team, you will be responsible for:

Assists with the overall administration, coordination, development, and operations for the Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Center at the Sewell/Wash Twp., NJ location. As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all daily operations of the site.
  • Supports the implementation of approved site plans as outlined in the strategic plan and provides leadership through implementation.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on relevant data and metrics.
  • Implements policies and procedures.
  • Supervise therapists, Rehab Aides, and volunteers.
  • Monitor staff caseload and schedules based on clinical needs.
  • Assist in the development of departmental procedures.
  • Act as a site liaison representing their site specific program.
  • Develop annual site specific program plan.
  • As a treating clinician, plan & implement developmentally appropriate treatment programs based on evaluation results, discharge plan, and interdisciplinary team goals in effective and timely manner
  • Provide treatment that is family centered as reflected in communication, care plans, referrals and chart documentation in accordance to the mission, vision, and values of the organization
  • Maintain a minimum of 30% scheduled productivity (treatment caseload)

The ideal supervisor candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • BS/MA/MS/DPT/OTD from an accredited graduate school rehab program (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy)
  • Minimum of 3 years working in pediatrics
  • Demonstration of strong organizational and time management skills
  • Broad understanding of rehab departmental operations and structure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstration of ability to work well as a team member
