Responsibilities for the Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide excellent care
• Assess and treat patient concerns
• Inform and support patients in managing self-care
• Cross training with Wellness and certain Home Care visits

Requirements for the Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Active NH RN License
• Active NH LPN License
• Proof of up to date Covid-19 vaccination card to present at Orientation or engage in the exemption process prior to hire.Per the CDC, "A person is up to date with their Covid-19 vaccination if they have received all recommended doses in the primary series and one booster when eligible."
• Reliable transportation
